The 3-story office building was designed and built by the Larry Davis Construction Company in 1986. The building consists of two similar wings connected by a large diagonally-oriented glass atrium. The Parkland Office served as the corporate headquarters for Qualchoice Insurance for many years.

Goldberg Companies, Inc. purchased the building in 1996. In 2008, Litigation Management Incorporated relocated its corporate headquarters to the building.
